I purchased my phone over 5 months ago and needed to transfer a prevous phone number, it took almost a week then the number they assigned me is still on my account information to this day instead my current phone number , so every time I try to get additional minutes credited to my current phone number ,it goes to the one assigned me by NET 10, so I have to jump through hoops to get my minutes properly assigned. which cost me even more minutes because theyr'e charging me for calling customer service which BTW is in BELIZE (central america) .
