    No customer service
    like good service, more apt to buy from a friendly person, a smart shopper, seeking a bargain, a busy person, online shopper

    Home Depot may have good items and even good prices, but they have NO customer service.  Women especially - beware if you're going to pick something up by yourself.  No one will help you!  I've had the same experience at 2 or 3 stores in my area.  My daughter has loaded bags of cement while male workers stood by, laughing and talking.  My husband and I tried loading some boards by ourselves & were struggling, but no one stopped to help until my husband dropped a board on my foot!  Recently, my pregnant daughter went to get some things for remodeling they were doing.  Even though she spent... read full review »
