I really like my Solo F80 Treadmill. I had surgery the gastric sleeve. My husband got me this treadmill. So far with my surgery and my treadmill I have lost 80 pounds and still counting in less than a year. My treadmill has fans to keep me cool. I can incline and speed uo or slow down. I have a waist strap that measures my pulse rate and heart rate. I also have a mp3 hookup so I can listen to up beat music to walk by. I have a drink holder as well I place my water in there before I get started. When I first started I could only walk 5 minutes. Now I am up to 35 minutes and still counting. I feel...
