I am quite loyal to United and have flown over 800,000 miles with them mostly domestic.  I seldom fly coach, I get upgraded at least 90% of the time and am truly greatful for the upgrades, but I am extremely disappointed in the downgrading ,of food offerings in First Class.  First Class food was much  better when they were in bankruptcy.  I am tired of sandwiches and salads.

Even service in their P.S. flights to JFK is not what they used to be; appetizers are gone as are the bellini's and truffles and in business class the food is awful, plus there are fewer Flight Attendants.  Mr. Tilton...
