The product is great but the customer service is the worst. The store in Sunrise Fl don't have Manager material. The Manager Angie laugh at customer situations and the General Manager is  no where to be found.  The store don't return calls and everytime I call a different manager is in duty and when I ask for the Manager that I talk before they said that the person is no longer in the store. Is the worst Customer Service that I ever encounter. My advise to anybody that would like to buy a new kitchen from IKEA is keep your receipts and be ready for a very bad experience.
