VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At first I LOVED the oven but, I'm thankful I went online and read the review. They said not to buy it through the "Official Sight" because the customer service was awful if you had problems such as the 2 that seemed most common.

1- that the heating element detaches from the lid and

2- that the heating element stops heating.

A store had it on sale that week so I COULDN'T wait to get it!!!!!!!! I'm glad I did my research! At first it worked GREAT!!!!!!!!! I was bragging to EVERY ONE and ANY ONE who would listen about this wonderful invention that cooked so wonderfully...
