The Chi is hands down the best flat iron I have used. I have thick hair, and it is perfect. It only takes me about twenty minutes for me to do my hair. It seems to hold up nice too. I have owned mine for about two years now with no problems with it at all. Even after using it everyday, it doesn't dry my hair out. Most of the others I have used do.
