I purchased the SLG2006C grill in 2006. The grill looks great at first. All the bells and whistles that a griller would want. However, the proof becomes clear two years later when the internal parts fall apart. Specifically, the stainless steel burners rust, crack and become useless. The heat plates also rust and fall apart. Although the burners have a ten year warranty, the heat plates are not. Working with Customer Service is extremely painful and time consumming.
