I purchased my Dell online and received it on my front door step about a week and a half after I ordered it. The first time I turned it on, everything worked great. Then, it was all downhill from there. After a restart, I was stuck on the Dell screen forever. I tried rebooting and I could just hear the fan stopping and a "beep" sound coming from the tower.
