I do find this product to be handy and efficient. I bypass the pods and have an eco-pod so I can use my own coffee/espresso and that is not only more cost effective, but the coffee is even tastier too. — At first I thought the machine was slightly noisy but nowhere near as noisy as my espresso machine and it's for a few seconds so it's not an issue. Bottom line is the machine delivers excellent coffee, I'm not wasting an entire pot on just one coffee drinker in the house and I can still use my larger coffee maker for company.
