appreciative of good service
I am totally in love with Vonage. I have had their service about 3 years now. Although you have to have broadband connection to connect, it is awesome if you can. It is very reasonably priced. You can call anywhere in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico for free. I do think there are more places you can call free. Also you can talk to anyone in the world who has Vonage for free. You can keep your local phone number, which is nice if you move away from family. I have rarely had much of problem with voice quality, and have been pleasantly suprised over the years with how good it actually...
