We purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest Mattress 5 years ago in August 2004 from Gallery Furniture.  I contacted Gallery for a copy of my receipt-of all the things I kept, for some unknown reason this receipt wasn't one of them. (which they were very nice to provide even 5 years after the purchase).  We suffer from severe back pain after a "Beauty Rest" many nights. Simmons promotes a 10 YEAR WARRANTY.  We contacted Simmons and they sent out the independent contractor (of which l had to contact numerous times) to conduct an analysis. Results were sent to Simmons, and they said it was normal wear...
