Tracfone

For low cost cellphones, but bad customer service: Tracfone

cost-conscious, expecting good, fair service, technically savvy, a person who enjoys quality, not duct taped to my cell phone, appreciative of good service

I Bought a Tracfone last year from wal-mart, got home, went online to activate, said it was good to go. Tried calling the number I was supposed to have and got someone else's voicemail. Went back on the site, and literally every 5 minutes on the site it would say there is a problem with your phone, type in these several extremely long codes into your phone to resolve it. Well, needless to say it wasn't working that night. Next day called Customer service, I've never heard such lack of knowledge and incompetence in my life.
