We received the new credit card last week and wanted to request an additional card for myself. We called and gave them the info, etc. We received the 2nd card. It didn't need to be verified via phone?? So we used it yesterday for a grocery purchase and then tried for an internet purchase, which was declined!!! We called them the following morning and they referred us to the Fraud Dept. We wanted to know where the incident took place.
