This DELL Dimension E521 Desktop Computer is something you want to stay away from. In fact, all DELL Desktop Computers are something to be weary of. My experience is with faulty products from DVD drives, to floppy drive, to monitor, and their support is the worst. I know more than their Bombay, India, Tech can tell me about. Besides if you think you can upgrade the RAM with a stick from anywhere else that could cost you less is in error. DELL makes the RAM ports with two knotches in the plastic that prevents any other stick from fitting or incapable of being used. The sales personnel is no better....
