I first tried Organic Valley's skim milk years ago and I was floored at how creamy skim milk could possible taste!  This milk has absolutely NO aftertaste or ANY weird chemically flavors.  I have no idea how they do it but it is soooo creamy!  This milk is the most expensive milk in the store, but I find myself still buying it.  At $4.00 a half gallon it is totally over the top but I save in other places just so my kids can drink this exclusively.  When it goes on sale for 2 for $6.00 I stock up and freeze it.  I also scour the internet for coupons because I have to have this milk....
