I purchased an Eden Pure Model 1000XL heater and it worked approximately 2 months so I contacted customer service at Biotech Research and they told me to send it in for a replacement. I did so and received the new one at the beginning of spring. So took it out of box and checked to make sure it worked. It came on and then shut down so thinking all was well, I packed it away till this winter. Cold weather hit so unpacked the heater and plugged it in and was all set to be warm and cozy, right? WRONG!
