We have a huge deck... over 1750 square feet. Believe me when I tell you I wish I had never chosen Behr semi-transparent deck, fence and siding wood stain. Had it not been a custom color I would have returned it as soon as I realized it was not the product it was portrayed as. Unfortunately, after spending several hundred dollars on the stain it is what we used. It goes on more like a paint than a stain. It is thick. It is not what I would consider semi-transparent at all.
