When I first got my Whirlpol side by side refrigerator/freezer, I was a bit skeptical as to how good it would work with all those extra functions and parts.However I was pleasantly surprised. It was wonderful not having to dig in the freezer to see what was there and the convienence of having fresh filtered water and ice cubes always at hand was so great! I had that one for about 15 years and then when we needed a new one, decided to get another and of course it was a Whirlpool! I would reccomend these refrigerator/freezers to anyone who was looking for a new one, and I'd also stick with the Whirlpool...
