The Weight Watchers Core plan has certainly changed my life and saved it too.
This plan let's you eat from a large list of foods until satisfied. There are thousands of recipes on the internet that coordinate with the Core plan, including snacks and desserts.
After loosing 128 lbs, I am healthier and my self esteem is greatly improved.
