Sovereign of the Seas is a wonderful ship to start out on. My family of 4 began cruising in 2002 and started with Sovereign. It was a 3 day 4 nighter with a ocean view (window) room. The service was excellent. The wait staff in the dining rooms were so into their jobs. THey really get a one on one experience with each table. YOu really get to know them. ALotta fun!!!
