Greetings my Viewpoints friends!  I'm sorry I've been so out of the loop and behind on my writing, but my husband and I made an 1,800 mile move and discovered we've got a little on on the way in March 2010!

So please forgive my being remiss - I'm back now and can't wait to read everybody's reviews on cribs/bottles/toys and more!

 

I'm here!  I promise!  Life just got so crazy and writing reviews sadly slipped under the pile of things to do.  My current review which is just a draft has been sitting sadly on the Viewpoints webpage, nagging at me to finish it!  So alas, I return!  I have missed you all in the few months it has been.

 

Am I almost legitimate?!  :o)  How do I become a Viewpoints writer?  Oh how I so wish to join your ranks!

Wow! Thank you Viewpoints!  I am so honored to have been chosen as this week's featured reviewer.  I have had such a blast on this website!  Everyone has been so kind, welcoming and sincere.  It is very exciting to think that something I have written has actually made a difference in someone's day!  What a great thought.  I will continue to review with gusto and a critical eye!  Thank you again. 

Please read!  I added to this blog and I'd love to have feedback!  I just ordered some new makeup from E.L.F. yesterday that I am very excited to try!  There has been so much buzz about these products on television and in magazines that I just couldn't help my curiosity.  I ordered some of their liquid eyeliner, eyeshadow, face whips and body butter.  I'll be sure to tell you all how it holds up to Viewpoints scrutiny! 

Addendum (3.20.09): BayouBengal brought something really important to my attention and now that I look again I see that she is right.  E.L.F. (eyeslipsface) is affliated with PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).  This weblink: www.eyeslipsface.com/peta will tell you that everytime you buy E.L.F.'s "Fur Free" tweezer ($10) - 50% of the proceeds will go to PETA.  I want to ask people if they think it is beneficial to create a discussion thread about this?  Many people beleive that PETA is not in fact helping animals whatsoever.  To learn more, visit their website http://www.peta.org/.  If you are interested in the anti-PETA movement, websites like this one are also available: http://www.petakillsanimals.com/

 

It is very exciting to be a new Viewpoints member!  This is such a fantastic website.  I'm struggling with how to choose what to review - but I'm sure that just comes with time.
