I have tried EVERY diet known to man. I even tried a religious diet, where I had to say a several prayers before eating to see if it was hunger or not. I was looking through the internet looking for the Newest diet for me to try. The page that came up was the food pyramids. I thought I have never read about the food pyramids so I took the time to read it.
