Our unit was two years old and got run at least once a day. It was easy to load, cleaned well, quiet, and had a nice range of cycles. Now it is a big white plastic boat anchor since the control board failed. Technician turned out to be a client of mine. He advised me that replacing the control board after the warranty expired could run $250+ and that the replacement boards have notoriously short life spans. He recommended buying a new unit from another manufacturer as the best use of my money.
