I've been running for over a year & have sustained your usual running injuries(tendonitis,stress fracture,groin pulls) & my running partner recommended that I get a Garmin Forerunner to help w/ my pacing. I bought the 205 about 5 months ago & I have to say that I LOVE it! Even though I don't use the navigation features of it(I always start from my home & I'm REALLY familiar w/ my hood),I love that I can tell my pace at a moment's notice. Though I tend to ignore the alarm when I'm going faster that what I set the watch at.
