When I first started using this site many years ago, I thought it was great.  Never had a problem purchasing or using these certificates BUT this last couple years has been total hassles.

I use these certificates as stocking stuffers for my kids.  I have 5 certificates that are at this point unuseable.  My kids took them to the restaurant I chose, which they frequent on kind of a regular basis, only to be told that this certificate was not good.  When they called it in the person from Restaurant.com claimed that this had been used which was not the case.  The waiter and then the manager came...
