Because I work I don't get to see The Waltons very often, but whenever I have a day off during the week I make sure to get up early enough to see the reruns of this program.  We get it on the Hallmark station, and it's on quite early--7 a.m. I believe.  It just reminds me of when I was a little girl and spent so much time out to my grandparents' farm.  Life seemed so simple and people cared about each other and had time for each other.  I know the program is an earlier era than I was born in, but it just seems to have such an encouraging message that you go through the day… read full review »
