Has anyone out there ever thought about : could it possibly help cure the bi-partisan childishness in our congress if the constitution was changed to having two from each party in the Senate ....???

had this card for decades, missed one payment ( bill got lost on my desk and I forgot) made it up next month.....I don't know about anyone else, but I think charging nearly 30 percent interest to a steady customer is not a good business plan...but then again , who is watching out for us consumers???? Sears sure isn't.....I put my card through the shredder!
