I purchased a treadmill about 6 weeks ago, at first I thought I would walk a couple miles a day. I had thought this was a quick easy way to loose weight. I started out with two miles a day, then I have worked up to 5 miles per day. It makes me feel good about myself. I have lost a few pounds, but more important I have lost inches from my body. — Walking on a treadmill has so many advantages.
