I didn't lose any weight while using Wulong Tea, but I had more energy, and a sense of well-being.  I used the flavored loose tea (rasberry), and the taste was pleasant.

I think the tea is also filling, and something different to drink besides water.  I don't have a tea kettle, so leaving out a pan of water on the stove and a strainer was a hassle. 

Once I get a tea kettle, I will probably buy it again.  The energy, from a safe and healthy source was worth the money.
