I picked out my Palm Centro as a free upgrade from Cingular.  I had a Blackberry beforehand.  I was excited because I finally had a camera on my phone again!  I was also excited because I wanted a touchscreen.  It took me a while to get get used to the smaller buttons but I love the QWERTY keyboard.  Once I got used to the buttons it became a piece of cake!  I love everything about this phone except 2 things:

1.  You have to have an upgraded data plan to send and/or receive pictures because it is considered a "PDA" phone.  Grrr...thats and additional $30 a month just to send and receive...
