I was leary about spending so much (around $175) on this set of Technique cookware.  However, I love it! Non stick coating, no need to use non-stick spray (cookware instructions advises against using non-stick spray).  Cleans up very easily--no soaking required.  My only complaint is that the handles are sometimes not sturdy enough for what is in the pan. These pans retain their het so well that you can keep your stove adjusted to a lower setting. This took a little while to get used to --but works so much better when cooking.  This set came with a few lids, not enough for every pan, but...
