My husband bought for me a brand new Singer XL 6000. I spent a lot of time trying to learn how to use the machine using the manual and working with it. After using it only briefly for embroidery I ran into problems. First of all the automatic thread exchanger does not take into account that the color of thread you are using at the time may have broken, so when it re-threads automatically it goes to the next color instead of rethreading the current color you are using.
