switched to Cingular because my T Mobile did not receive service at my new home. I loved T-mobiles customer service. Also switched because of the roll over minutes & family plan with service in Mexico. I am retired and spend lots of time down there in the winter. When we went down to Mexico we had NO service.....the sales rep had NOT activated it...after pitching it. So we lost the sale of my home and my husband "missed" a large sale from his job because we could not be reached. Also my husbands phone has STOPPED working 4 times in 1 year. They say it is from "moisture damage"...review »
