Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

Wells Fargo will not sign/agree costing me over $3,000.00

Just plain mad!!!

I live in Northwest Louisiana where we're having a boom in gas leasing due to the Haynesville Shale Play. I am single & on a tight budget so it was a great surprise when I was selected to receive a nice "signing bonus" due to the location of my home. What's the problem? I have been given a "subordination agreement clause" that MUST be signed by my mortgage company, Wells Fargo, before I can cash in on the signing bonus. Wells Fargo WILL NOT agree to sign this form due to them not liking the language in the form. So thanks to Wells Fargo, I will not get the benefit of over $3,000.00... read full review »
