    buttons fall off and ppl have a hard time understanding you

    My daughter loves it ......... I hate the phone. I have a very hard time understanding anything she says when she calls. It's not just me my wife can not understand her on the phone.
    the buttons have fallen off and had to be replaced. The phone call's by it's self if she puts it in her pocket. I'm looking for another phone for her as I set here.
