I purchased this GPS for my wife for Christmas and it's been great for her. It speaks the name of the road as you approach, telling you to make a left or a right, so you don't have to always look at the screen. It's not the best I've seen as far as knowing routes and if you're familiar with an area it doesn't always take you the quickest or even easiest way. I've started using it a bit myself, and for my work it would be excellent to have the ablitly to add multiple points on a route. But for the money, it hasn't failed us yet.
