I discovered www.yapta.com through budget travel magazine (highy recommend!) and it has already saved me so much money that I recommended it not only to friends and family, but to my boss as a way to save our company money.  While I initially joined thanks to Budget Travel magazines recommendation that Yapta.com could be used to track airfares and help you with the refund process if the price drops on the ticket you booked (I had NO IDEA that a lot of american airlines have policies that if the ticket price drops for the same trip you booked, you are entitled to a refund on the difference.  Yapta.com...
