Paying for nothing

Regions sold my account to EverHome and I have not received any information from them telling me of this and giving me a phone number or address. I found out today that my escrow is paying for my Life Insurance on my home and EverMore is not paying the policy holder who is about to cancel the policy. I wonder what else I am paying for in my escrow that they are not paying for -- hopefully not my taxes or homeowners insurance.
