How the heck are you???! Love 'be happy'

I'll be honest we weren't impressed. One of the merchants had a sign up for "70% off" on some women's clothing and I thought wow what a deal and then when I went to the cashier with what was supposed to be a 70% item I was told that the 70% was taken off already and I said that it still said the regular price where is the reduction she argued it is already off the price, and I said there aren't any reductions on the tag just the original price we went back and forth and I simply told her that she was playing games and we left the store. So you like MS?
