We purchase the Kenmore Eilte (model 795.77252600) in Aug 2006.  Less than 2yrs later, it malfunctioned.  The door sensors and lighting unit malfunctioned (almost caused a fire).  The cover housing the light bulbs melted due to the light not turning off after doors were closed.  Sears repaired it..for about $700.  It's been less than a year and we can't believe we're dealing with the same problem today.  I called Sears to check if there was a recall on these parts but they were no help.  I can't believe a fridge in this price range would have such poor design or manufacturing.  I...
