I love to scrapbook, and I love what the Cricut Expression can do.  But I have invested over $1K in this product and accessories and I am now against a brick wall.  I've had the machine almost 3 years... but really only have used it for about 50 hours.  The cradle that holds the cutting assembly into place has crumbled at the hinges..  Definitely not from abuse or over use.  I contacted the company, and since the 1 year warranty is over, I am out of luck.  They do not sell replacement parts, but if I am willing to mail in my machine (at my cost for shipping), they will sell me a refurbished...
