Because of Winn Dixie is a movie about a ten year old girls named Opal, whos father is a preacher and whos mother left her when she was very little. Opal and her father move to a small town and while there she go to winn dixie one day and a stray dog comes in. The dog starts making a scene with the employees and when the manager wants the dog gotten rid of, the little girl tells him he can not get rid of the dog because it is hers.
