I applied my shield, let it cure overnight (36 hours actually) and ended up with scratches from my key within a few days. After contacting their support they said that it's not uncommon to have to replace the shield often!! And then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a replacement because I was out of my 30-day warranty. I purchased on 12/9 and contacted them 12/30. I bought 3 shields and gave them as gifts, however, I'll be warning my friends and family to continue using their regular cases as the Zagg product does not cut it.
