    Leaked water all over the floor in first hour of use

    On the first washer load, the machine leaked water all over the floor.  The water was gushing out of the top center of the rear panel - probably a cracked water valve or incorrectly installed hose or valve.  A call to the Sears store got us a "shouldn't be leaking" response and of course the usual suggestions about leaking hoses, etc.  If you buy this machinel, I suggest you place it somewhere next to a floor drain for its initial shakedown.  Our first Kenmore lasted over 20 years.  This one lasted about 20 minutes.  The Sears store says over a week to replace it.  We demanded our money... review »
