I have had insurance with State Farm for 21 years. I have had the best agent in Indiana for 14 years. They always go the extra mile, my agent is courtious, friendly, outgoing, and can amswer all my questions. Yes I live in a small town but he would do the same for anyone off the street. My son totalled his vehicle and was on our plan. My rates didn't go up because he got off of my insurance and got his own yes very high rated insurance. There just isn't one bad thing I can say about State Farm. We also have house insurance with them. We only had a claim one time about 10 years ago with lightening... review »
