This shampoo is great for anyone looking for a good dandruff shampoo. It works great and I really love to use it everday. In the directions it says you do not have to use it everyday but you can for maximum dandruff controll. I choose to use it everyday because I love the way it makes my hair feel and I do not have any dandruff anymore. It is also a very high quality shampoo in general.
