Customer service is terrible at Tassimo. They are unresponsive, unorganized and just an overall mess.

Our machine broke so I called to inquire about my options. I was told that they would send a pre-paid box. The box would go to the repair center and then they would call with a repair estimate. I called each week to ask the status and they had none yet. Then three and a half weeks later the machine just showed up to me in the same box.  Inside the box was no explanation whatsoever AND the accessories sent back were not even ours. The machine and accessories were covered in dirt, grease and grime....
