We purchased the Select Comfort 5000 Queen size matress one year ago.  I have loved it from the beginning. I developed sleep issues over the last six years including insomnia and sleep apnea.  Also, for years I could not sleep in any position for longer than an hour or two because of pressure point pain.  I don't wake up as many times as I used to, and never because of pain with the Select Comfort.  It is quiet and does not disturb my husband if I wake up and change positions. 

I would agree with another reviewer though that our matress has trenched in the middle from the first day we set...
