My husband and I reserved our car over 3 month in advance. We were flying into San Jose, memorial day weekend. Well...our flight ended up being delayed about 45 mins and when we got to the Enterprise desk they informed us that they let go our our reservation and they had nothing for us. They told us to go to Fox because they sometimes honor Enterprises reservations and prices. We had reserved an compact car and ended up with a PT Cruiser.Other then passing us on to Fox, they offered us no help or any compensation. I understand it was a busy weekend but honestly, we had no control over our delay...
